That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. Please understand, all my items are hand crafted, custom made and will never be "perfect". I strive to make them as "perfect" as possible, but we are human.
No two items will ever be exactly the same, similar yes, identical, no.
Personalized orders are nonrefundable.
OUR SHIPPING POLICY
How We Do It
When shipping your items, I will try my best to have your complete order together, if you order a quilt and other items from my site, this will not be possible as a quilt takes approximately three (3) months to complete.
I will ship any items ready to ship in advance of a quilt.
RETURNS
Our return policy is the following:
Item's that have been customized will not be returned. Those items cannot be placed in restock so therefore I cannot except a return on customized items.
WARRANTY AT INCREDIBLE DESIGNS AND MORE
Our Policy
If upon receiving your item's, please inspect for any damages that may have occurred during shipping.
Upon receiving your item(s), please contact me immediately within 5 days if there is damage or you have any questions about your order.
Tumblers/ Bullets: Hand wash only! Do NOT put in dishwasher, do not use in microwave, do not soak!
Quilts: Wash on gentle cycle only, dry on delicate cycle.
NONE of my items are for human consumption!
